Andy & Tracey Rideshare Services Charleville · Last updated 4 October 2026

We're a small local ride service in Charleville QLD. You book with us on our website, where we collect a few details so we can pick you up. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

Why we use it

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who can see it

We only share your information with anyone else if the law requires it.

Your booking page and trip links

If you book on our web page, you get a private link to follow your booking. Anyone with that link can see the booking and cancel it, so please don't share it.

While your driver is on the way to you, and during your trip, your booking page shows your driver's car on a map. Once you've been picked up you can choose to share a "follow my trip" link with someone. That link shows the car, where you're heading and your first name. It never shows your pickup address or phone number, and it stops working when you're dropped off. Maps are provided by OpenStreetMap, which receives the map area being viewed but not who is viewing it.

Paying and refunds

When you book on our web page you may be asked to pay the fare to confirm the booking. Square handles the payment under its own privacy policy. If you cancel or we can't do your trip, we refund you through Square. Square keeps payment records as the law requires, separately from our booking records.

How long we keep it

Booking records are deleted automatically 12 months after the booking. Lost property reports are deleted after the same period. Booking alerts may stay in our drivers' message history until they clear it.

Seeing or deleting your information

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected], and tell us the name and mobile number you booked with. We'll action deletion requests within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

Questions or concerns

Contact us at [email protected]. If you're not happy with how we've handled a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
